Dawn is DataSync’s Certified Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience Facilitator. As part of the certification process she completed a course which focused on the key aspects of managing a CIE session.

What I enjoy the most about facilitating a CIE session are the conversations and brainstorming that occurs. Many times during the session I will hear people bounce ideas off of each other and think of new and creative ways to overcome some of their common business challenges.

Dawn is a graduate of Dakota State University and has a D.Sc. in Information Systems. At Dakota State University she spent several years developing curriculum and delivering on-campus and online business and information systems courses to undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Business and Information Systems. Prior to Dakota State University, Dawn worked as a project manager for a system-wide software implementation and as an instructional designer and trainer. During this time she focused on managing various projects and on supporting end user needs and education. Dawn brings her passion for education to DataSync where she uses her business and classroom experience to understand the unique needs of clients to deliver interactive, effective training solutions to motivate and challenge participants.
